• Build and test applications
  :
  Contribute to design, development, unit testing, and documentation under guidance from senior engineers.
• Solve real client problems
  :
  Translate functional requirements into clean, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and defect resolution.
• Adopt engineering best practices
  :
  Follow Agile ceremonies, version control workflows, and Dev Sec Ops  practices across environments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally
  :
  Work with analysts, QA, and Cloud/Platform teams to deliver increments that meet acceptance criteria.
• Continuously learn
  :
  Complete structured learning sprints and apply modern engineering patterns and cloud services in project tasks.
• Demonstrate growth
  :
  Present outcomes in the mid‑term checkpoint and final capstone/demo.
