Software Test Engineer

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer with strong experience in system integration testing, validation, and test automation, combined with working knowledge of Dev Ops tools and practices.

The role is primarily testing-focused, with Dev Ops skills used to support test automation, software deployment, and CI/CD-based test execution.

The successful candidate will support software validation activities, execute automated test campaigns, and contribute to improving test environments and automation frameworks.

• Execute software validation activities in Linux environments
• Perform:
  Integration testing, System testing, Performance testing, Stress testing
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts and test playbooks
• Use Ansible for automated test execution and environment preparation
• Follow STD (Software Test Description) and produce STR (Software Test Reports)
• Support software deployment in test environments
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for automated test execution
• Analyze failures, perform root cause analysis, and raise defects
• Work closely with development, Dev Ops, and integration teams

Core – Testing & Validation

• Strong experience in Software Testing / Validation
• Experience in IVV / IV&Q or system integration environments
• Good understanding of defect lifecycle and test methodologies

Automation & Dev Ops Exposure

• Experience with Ansible (automation / playbooks for test execution)
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
• Experience supporting software deployment in test environments

Technical Environment

• Scripting knowledge:
  Python & Bash

• REST API testing
• Log analysis tools

• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills (English required)
