Frontend-Heavy Full-stack Engineer

- Strong expertise in React component design and state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
- Proficient in Type Script and writing type-safe code
- Solid experience with HTML5 / CSS3 / SCSS / Tailwind

- Able to design clean, maintainable, and well-structured components and state management, understandable by any developer

QL design and implementation - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and unit/E2E testing
- Experience in Fintech development
- Experience working in startup environments
- Experience with blockchain / Web3 development, including smart contract integration (preferred)
- Experience in team leadership or mentorship
- Involvement in technical decision-making and architecture design
- Experience with code reviews and improving development processes
- Experience building complex dashboards and advanced data visualizations
- Experience with performance optimization for high-traffic applications
- Experience with secure design and operations across both frontend and backend
