Software Engineer, AI Engineer, Full Stack Developer

$230,000 to £250,000 + bonus and benefits

My client is known for assembling some of the strongest engineering talent in the market, the kind trusted to solve problems other teams can’t. I’m partnering with them to hire multiple Staff Software Engineer to help design and deliver bespoke AI-powered solutions for organisations tackling complex, high-impact challenges. They’re brought in when internal teams are stuck, when speed matters, and when the problem isn’t clearly defined yet.

This isn’t about maintaining one product, you will:

• design and build AI-enabled software that solves real operational problems
• turn ambiguous challenges into working systems
• deliver meaningful progress in weeks, not months
• work across industries and technical environments
• help organisations unlock productivity and automation through applied AI

• automating workflows using AI and intelligent agents
