Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Full Stack Software Engineer to bridge the gap between advanced AI research and production-grade software. This role is for a hands-on builder who excels in backend architecture, scalable systems, and the evolving world of AI.You will design and build production grade AI products with multi-agents that coordinate data, tools, and business processes. The work spans engineering fundamentals, model integration, evaluation, and operational excellence across the full stack.

• Build and deploy AI agents / apps / tools in Python using Flask / Django or Tensor Flow, vector DBs, and other frameworks like CrewAI, Lang Chain
• Build high-accuracy context and retrieval systems (RAG), including chunking strategies, document selection, and relevance controls
• Design and refine complex AI instructions and prompt logic to ensure the highest quality structured outputs from LLM models
• Focus on backend logic and scalable code, shipping fast with clean abstractions and reusable patterns to avoid accumulating technical debt
• Turn short-term R&D projects into real-world impact by vetting new technologies, potential suppliers, and product opportunities
• Design web and automotive client integrations that surface AI capabilities in our customer-facing products
• Deploy and manage releases on Terraform, GCP, Cloud Run, and Firebase while ensuring system security and high performance
• Debug issues and drive reliability in production environments

• 8+ years of experience building and managing scalable Python applications in production environments
• Strong evidence of building enterprise-grade systems with a focus on stability and performance
• Educational background in Computer Science or a related field
• Evidence you have built agents commercially or through meaningful open source work using frameworks like CrewAI / Lang Chain or any other
• Scalability and performance familiarity with large-scale systems, tools, and cloud platforms including GCP, and Firebase
• Solid engineering foundations in Git, Docker, and different types of APIs
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams effectively
• Fluency in English, is mandatory
