Odoo Developer

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain customized Odoo ERP modules and features tailored to our business operations. The ideal candidate must have strong functional and technical experience in Odoo and be capable of managing full-cycle implementations, integrations, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

• Develop new Odoo modules and customize existing ones based on project requirements.
• Create, modify, and optimize existing workflows, models, and business logic.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, automation rules, and user interfaces.
• Customize Odoo core and community modules including Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, POS, CRM, etc.
• Develop and maintain API integrations between Odoo and third-party systems (payment gateways, CRM tools, ecommerce, HRMS, etc.).
• Ensure smooth data synchronization across platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain performance.
• Gather requirements from users and convert them into technical solutions.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
• Configure Odoo modules per business needs.
• Fix bugs, troubleshoot system errors, and ensure system stability.
• Perform module upgrades, migrations, and version improvements.
• Optimize database queries, server performance, and backend logic.
• Test new features and functionalities before implementation.
• Maintain code quality, version control, and follow development standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in Odoo development.
• Experience in Odoo API integrations and third-party tools.
• Knowledge of Odoo.sh, Odoo Studio, and enterprise/community versions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to gather functional requirements and convert them into technical tasks.
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
