Position: Full‑Stack Developer (Full‑Time, Hybrid)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Compensation: Competitive salary + equity

Start Date: Immediate

You will be the lead developer responsible for:

• Building and maintaining our multi‑engine SaaS platform
• Implementing new features across Lead Gen, Content, and AI Agent engines
• Integrating external APIs (VAPI, Hey Gen, Stripe, etc.)
• Deploying and managing production infrastructure
• Working directly with the founder to shape product direction

• Implement new features across all engines
• Build tRPC procedures and frontend UI
• Integrate external APIs (VAPI, Hey Gen, Workable, etc.)
• Write database migrations and queries
• Optimize performance and scalability

• Deploy to Railway
• Manage environment variables and secrets
• Monitor production health
• Debug and fix issues
• Set up CI/CD pipelines

• Work directly with founder on product direction
• Document code and architecture
• Review and refactor existing code
• Communicate progress and blockers
• Participate in planning and strategy

1.5+ years of full‑stack development experience

2+ years working with the exact tech stack listed above (React, Type Script, tRPC, Drizzle)

3+ years building AI agents or agentic systems

• Proven experience with complex SaaS platforms (multi‑tenant, payments, integrations)
• Strong portfolio of production applications you've built
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Self‑starter who can work independently without constant supervision
• Problem solver who can debug complex issues across the stack
• Fast learner who can pick up new APIs and technologies quickly
• Available full‑time (40+ hours/week)

• Experience with Inngest (background jobs)
• Experience with VAPI or Bland AI (AI calling platforms)
• Experience with Hey Gen (AI avatar videos)
• Experience with Stripe Connect (marketplace payments)
• Experience with Open Claw or Puppeteer (browser automation)
• Experience with Lang Chain or Lang Graph (agent frameworks)

• You've managed 200+ database tables in production
• You've built marketplace platforms with payments
