Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer with over 8+ years of proven expertise in building and scaling robust services. This role is perfect for someone with strong knowledge in C#, .NET, Azure Cloud services, along with front end technologies like Angular, combined with a strong aptitude for debugging and performance optimization. As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead the development of end to end solutions that drive our mission forward and are expected to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while practicing extreme ownership.

• should be able to work on both the backend and frontend tickets needed for the product features and solutions
• Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend systems using C# and .NET technologies
• Work closely with Design and PM to build frontend solutions using Angular, typescript
• Having done AI tool integration for document context extraction, handled text, speech will be a plus.
• Lead the design discussions and implement best practices for service-oriented architectures and microservices
• Drive the evolution of our existing platform to the next level by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and strategies to ensure a future-proof and scalable infrastructure.
• Ensure high quality unit/integration tests where required
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, with a strong emphasis on debugging skills.
• Optimize system performance through proactive analysis, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives along with observability tooling
• Mentor junior engineers and share your deep technical expertise across teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, Dev Ops, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to agile processes and drive continuous improvement in development methodologies and practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools and practices to enhance the technical stack
• Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap of backend services

• Experience in building AI based solutions by integrations with third party tools and solutions
• Experience with Azure cloud services like key vault, app config, various queueing products
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and serverless computing
• Good understanding of Frontend frameworks, performance optimization, optimizing website performance

• Previously worked in a fintech/proptech industry
• Understands the pipeline for building ML solutions
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Certification(s) related to Azure or cloud technologies.
• Programming experience in a related language such as Golang, Typescript, etc
