Senior Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with over 8+ years of proven expertise in building and scaling robust services. This role is perfect for someone with deep knowledge in Angular, Reactjs combined with a strong aptitude for debugging and performance optimization. As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead the development of great frontend applications that drive our mission forward and are expected to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while practicing extreme ownership.

• Strong Frontend developer with extensive experience in Angular framework
• Design and implement best reusable components as per the design specifications
• Drive the evolution of our existing platform to the next level by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and strategies to ensure a future‑proof and scalable infrastructure.
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to provide the best experience to end users.
• Good understanding of UI performance, TTFB, Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse and relevant tools to build the best in class performant frontend applications
• Do Code reviews to maintain a high bar for code quality.
• Build engaging features as per the requirements and Design.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams and suggest best ways to implement the feature.
• Integrate with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, to give insights on user behavior that help improve the experience.
• Ensure high quality unit/integration tests where required
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, with a strong emphasis on debugging skills.
• Optimize system performance through proactive analysis, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives along with observability tooling
• Mentor junior engineers and share your deep technical expertise across teams
• Collaborate with Backend team to align on building robust APIs
• Contribute to agile processes and drive continuous improvement in development methodologies and practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools and practices to enhance the technical stack
• Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap of backend services
• Experience with SSR, SPA implementation

• Strong in Angular and other frameworks like ReactJS
• Strong understanding of frontend performance
• Use storybooks to collaborate with other functions
• Command over codebase architecture and code organization with relevant design patterns

• Previously worked in a fintech/proptech industry
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with React
