, and working knowledge of WPS (Wage Protection System) is essential. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise‑grade financial and payment applications across both front‑end and back‑end layers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts.
- Implement and integrate payment and fintech solutions
, including Aani Core and Aani Overlay
, to support real‑time and cross‑channel payment use cases. - Integrate front‑end layers with back‑end services, payment engines, and databases to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Develop and expose secure RESTful APIs for integration with internal systems and third‑party financial services.
- Apply WPS (Wage Protection System) knowledge to support payroll processing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and business teams to translate payment and fintech requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in high‑availability payment environments.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and fintech best practices.
- Stay current with emerging fintech trends, payment standards, and regulatory changes.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment domains
. - Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts.
- Proven experience with payment systems, transaction processing, and financial integrations
