Building an Advanced CRM & Sales Intelligence Platform

We are NOT hiring a typical developer.

We are looking for a high-levelengineer who can design, analyze, and build systems — not someone who only codes features.

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong experience with Microservices Architecture
• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture / SOLID principles
• Advanced SQL Server (Database Design, Performance Optimization) and MongoDB
• Real Full-Stackcapability (Backend-focused, but able to handle frontend integration)

Backend & Architecture (Must BeStrong)

• Designand build scalable API-based systems
• Experience with:
• Redis/ Caching
• Background Services / Workers
• Strongin:
• Asyncprogramming & performance optimization

External Integrations (Real Experience Required)

You must have built real systems using:

• Third-party APIs
• Payment Gateway integrations (bank connection, callbacks, security)
• Whats App/ Email infrastructure (automation via code)
• Authenticationsystems (
  JWT, OAuth
  )

AI Integration (Important)

• Hands-on experience with AI APIs (OpenAI or similar)
• Abilityto integrate AI into real systems (automation, analysis, workflows)

Frontend (Practical Level)

• Strong understanding of:
• Atleast one framework (
  React / Vue / Angular
  )
• Consume
  
  APIs and build functional UI
• Handleforms, validation, and dynamic UI

CRM & Business Understanding(Critical)

• CRMsystems
• Salespipelines, leads, marketing flows
• Analyzebusiness logic
• Collaborateon system-level decisions (not just coding)
• Clean,scalable, maintainable code
• Strong analytical thinking
• Ownership mindset
• Experience with Git, code reviews, basic testing
