Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Full Stack development using Node.js and React JS to support enterprise Digital Products & Assisted Banking initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience building scalable web applications, modern APIs, and microservices architectures while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency.

This role requires strong frontend and backend engineering capability, modern software development practices, and the ability to work effectively within Agile product engineering teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React JS
• Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices-based backend services
• Develop responsive, reusable, and performant frontend applications using React JS and Type Script
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to accelerate development workflows and improve engineering efficiency
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well‑tested code following engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with product owners, QA teams, designers, Dev Ops engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, debugging, and performance optimization activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability, scalability, and stability
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation, automation workflows, and modern engineering standards
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Strong hands‑on experience in Full Stack development using Node.js and React JS
• Strong proficiency with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar
• Strong expertise in React JS including:

  • Responsive UI Development
• Strong experience with Type Script and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures

  • Other AI-assisted engineering tools
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts for development workflows

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
