Job Description
About the Role:
- Work on active Shopify stores
- Improve existing themes, fix technical issues, optimize performance
- Support integrations with internal and external systems
Main Tasks:
Shopify Development:
- Customize and improve Shopify themes
- Work with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, Java Script
- Build product, collection, landing pages
- Create reusable sections and templates
- Improve store structures
Frontend and Performance:
- Fix layout and mobile bugs
- Improve loading speed and usability
- Optimize images, scripts, assets
- Support SEO and conversion improvements
APIs and Integrations:
- Work with Shopify REST and Graph
QL APIs
- Support app integrations and third-party tools
- Connect Shopify with ERP, CRM, logistics, payment, reporting systems
- Troubleshoot product, order, customer, data issues
- Improve tracking, pixels, GA4, Google Tag Manager Code Quality:
- Keep code clean and structured
- Test changes before deployment
- Document changes
- Use Git or similar version control
Required Skills:
- Strong Shopify Liquid experience
- Strong frontend skills: HTML, CSS, Java Script
- Shopify theme development
- Responsive and mobile-first development
- Shopify APIs (REST or Graph
QL)- App integrations and custom store features- E-commerce workflows understanding
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Shopify Plus
- React, Next.js
- Headless commerce
- Shopify Functions
- Custom Shopify apps
- Klaviyo, GA4, Google Tag Manager- ERP, CRM, logistics, payment integrations
- Performance optimization
