Demo & Delivery PreparationPrepare, configure, and perform pre-checks on robots ahead of demos and deliveries, ensuring they are fully operational and ready for client handover. Coordinate with sales and operations on demo schedules and delivery timelines, troubleshooting any issues beforehand.
SLAM Mapping & Customer SupportConduct SLAM mapping at client sites and fine-tune navigation parameters to suit each environment. Provide onsite and remote online support, guiding customers through robot operation, setup, and troubleshooting step by step. Log all support interactions, follow up on open issues, and elevate complex cases to the CTO with clear notes.
Showroom MaintenanceKeep showroom robots in peak condition through routine checks, cleaning, charging, and minor repairs, ensuring units are always demo‑ready. Report hardware or software faults promptly for repair or replacement.
Packing, Loading & HandlingAssist in safe packing and loading of robots for delivery, ensuring packaging meets protection standards. Supervise and guide helpers and other staff on correct robot handling procedures during movement and transport.
Documentation & Support VideosWrite setup guides, operation manuals, and troubleshooting FAQs, and record how‑to videos for common customer queries. Maintain and regularly update a documentation and video library accessible to the full support team.
Requirements- Diploma or Bachelor's in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field
- Hands‑on experience with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and SLAM mapping tools
- Comfortable with onsite visits, customer‑facing support, and creating instructional content
