The role:
You will help scale an AI-native engineering organisation building agentic platforms, leading high-performing pods of 10–15 engineers. You'll bring strong software engineering fundamentals and hands‑on experience applying AI agents to accelerate delivery at scale.
Owning the AI engineering and architecture foundation, you'll drive end-to-end delivery, from use-case ideation through to production rollout.
What you’ll need:- 8+ years experience within Software / AI Engineering
- Productionized experience working with Agentic Platforms, and Agents
- Experience managing cross-functional Pods/Squads/Tribes
- Recent hands‑on experience within software development, AI Engineering, AI configuration
- Successful track record of navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
