Laravel Application Developer; Junior

We are seeking a Laravel Application Developer with 2-5 years of professional UAE experience to lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our software platforms. The role involves taking ownership of technical decisions, delivering critical solutions, and ensuring the stability and scalability of ERP, HRM, and CRM systems. The developer is expected to actively participate in team meetings, contribute new ideas, guide technical direction, and work closely with the team to maintain system functionality.

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex software applications.
• Take ownership of technical and architectural decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs used by web, mobile, and internal systems.
• Integrate and manage third-party services including Adobe Sign and Meta Whats App APIs.
• Analyze complex issues and deliver critical long-term technical solutions.
• Work closely with the team to maintain functionality, performance, and system stability.
• Actively attend and contribute to team meetings, technical discussions, and planning sessions.
• Propose new ideas, improvements, and optimizations to existing systems.
• Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain development standards.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of professional experience in web application development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Laravel.
• Practical working experience with Django.
• Proven experience working on ERP, HRM, or CRM applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux (Ubuntu) server environments.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs for web, mobile, and third-party integrations.
• Experience integrating Adobe Sign APIs, including document generation, signing workflows, and status tracking.
• Familiarity with Meta Whats App APIs for internal applications.
