Temenos T24 - Core Banking Developer
Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Temenos Developer to be an integral part of our Core Banking team. The candidate should demonstrate a growth‑oriented mindset, the ability to troubleshoot challenges effectively, generate innovative ideas, and bring a can‑do attitude and positive energy to the team.
Key Technical Expertise- Strong experience in Temenos development within a banking environment, with proven ability to write and optimize complex code.
- Expertise in Lending, Loan Disbursement, Accounts, Payments, AA Modules, TAFJ, IRIS, complex integration via OFS integration framework, third‑party middleware, and data streaming concepts.
- Experience working in AIX, Linux, Open Shift Cloud platform, JBoss stack, and TAFJ.
- Deep knowledge of TOCFEE, IRIS components, web services, REST, event streaming, ETL mapping, AA framework, and product setup for AA accounts, deposits, and loans.
Provide L2–L3 support and incident resolution for T24 issues arising from development. Design and write complex programs and interfaces using multi‑threading, COB, OFS, and MQ. Perform performance tuning at the application, database, and web layer. Debug complex production issues, manage open tickets with Temenos, and coordinate with internal teams such as database, WAS admins, support, infra, and vendors.
Qualifications- Hands‑on technical expertise in development, including writing complex programs for service jobs.
- Strong knowledge of AA framework, web services, REST messages, and event streaming.
- Experience in Islamic banking modules and product knowledge of accounts, loans, limits, collateral, MM, AA deposits, and Islamic structures.
- Understanding of payments area such as FT, clearing, channels, cards, central bank payment systems, swift, ATM/POS.
- Knowledge of general ledger, asset types, and ability to work independently with finance teams.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Temenos development inside a banking environment, with exposure to lending, accounts, payments, AA modules, Islamic banking, and core banking integration.
