Full Stack Technical Lead

We are hiring a Full Stack Technical Lead to own and drive the end-to-end technology stack. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will define architecture, lead delivery, and mentor engineers while building scalable, high-performance systems.

• Technical Ownership:
  Lead end-to-end platform architecture and system design.
• Full Stack Delivery:
  Oversee development of backend services, APIs, and core product modules.
• Architecture & Scalability:
  Design systems for high throughput, real‑time processing, and reliability.
• Multi-Tenant Systems:
  Build and manage scalable SaaS deployments and configurations.
• Security & Performance:
  Ensure strong API security, authentication, and system performance.
• Cloud & Dev Ops:
  Manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Real-Time Infrastructure:
  Implement Web Sockets, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and drive technical excellence.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js/Type Script, databases, and system design
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Docker, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of security, API authentication, and system reliability
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and make architectural decisions
