Full Stack Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site / Remote)

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong AI capabilities to help build and scale our products end-to-end.

This is not a traditional software engineering role.

You will work across the full stack — from database architecture and backend systems to frontend experiences — in a highly execution-focused environment where AI coding agents (Claude Code and similar tools) are a first-class part of how we build and ship software
.

We are looking for someone who has already delivered real production-grade software
, is highly autonomous, product-minded, and comfortable moving quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality, scalability, and maintainability.

You will play a key role in shaping products from concept to deployment while helping define engineering best practices in an AI-first development environment.

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across a Python/Django backend and React/Next.js frontend

• Own work end-to-end:
  data modeling, API design, frontend implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization
  .
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure software systems.
• Translate product requirements into clean, well-scoped, shippable technical solutions.
• Use AI/LLM tooling (Claude Code and similar) as a core part of your daily workflow to write, review, refactor, and accelerate software development.
• Apply AI practically and responsibly while maintaining a strong standard for correctness and code quality.
• Help design and improve AI-assisted engineering workflows
  , tooling, and automation.
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI capabilities where they create meaningful business value.

• Review code and help maintain a high engineering standard across the codebase.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams.

• 5–7+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Python
• Django
• ORM, migrations, testing, and scalable backend design
• React
• Next.js
• Modern hooks
• SSR/SSG
• App Router architecture
• PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases)
• Writing efficient queries and designing scalable schemas
• Git-based workflows
• Automated testing

• Proven experience shipping real production software using AI/LLM tooling (
  Claude / Claude Code or equivalent
  ) — not merely experimentation.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development workflows

• Experience leveraging AI tools to increase engineering velocity while maintaining software quality.
• Ability to distinguish meaningful AI implementation from hype.

• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
• High ownership mentality and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.

• Monitoring and automated deployments
