Technical Lead — Mobile App

DAMAC's Digital Revamp programme is already in motion — new DAMAC Living app , new DAMAC 360 app. The Technical Lead — Mobile App is the governance authority for the full consumer-facing mobile portfolio. This role needs to be filled immediately.

You will own the React Native codebase, govern the App Store and Play Store accounts, manage SDK integrations, and hold the Microsoft managed service partner accountable to technical standards and delivery. You are the mobile SME — architecture decisions, sprint governance, release sign-off, and performance ownership all sit with you.

• React Native codebase — DAMAC Living, DAMAC 360, DAMAC Central
• App Store & Play Store governance — submission, code signing, compliance
• SDK integration:
  Firebase, Branch.io, UAEPASS, payment gateways
• Managed service vendor governance — Microsoft partner accountability
• CI/CD pipeline standards (Fastlane / Bitrise) and release governance
• Sprint leadership and Digital Revamp delivery oversight

• 10+ years mobile development — 5+ years hands‑on React Native in production
• End-to-end App Store and Play Store release ownership — not just contribution
• Technical governance experience in a managed-service or enterprise model
• Deep SDK integration:
  Firebase suite, Branch.io, identity providers, payment gateways
• CI/CD:
  Fastlane, Bitrise, or equivalent
• iOS (Swift/Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) platform knowledge
• Flutter a plus;
  Prop Tech or high-traffic B2C mobile background advantageous
