Senior Engineering Manager, Client

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of iOS engineers, including hiring, onboarding, and career development.
• Operate as a player/coach with an expected ~50% hands-on engineering contribution to the codebase.
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, system design, and key engineering decisions.
• Partner with product, design, and data teams to define, scope, and deliver high-impact features.
• Establish and uphold high standards for engineering quality, code standards, and testing practices.

• 6+ years of experience managing high-performing mobile engineering teams.
• 10+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong proficiency in UIKit, Swift, reactive programming, and MVVM architecture.
• Experience with Apple Payments and the broader iOS ecosystem.
• Proven track record of shipping mobile applications to scaled audiences.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.

• An AI-forward mindset with curiosity about applying emerging technologies to improve developer and product experiences.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization and user experience for mobile platforms.
