This role demands a seasoned technologist and strategic partner who can not only design and develop bespoke solutions leveraging our Agentforce platform and other cutting‑edge technologies but also lead technical engagements and mentor junior peers. You’ll be the primary driver of transformative AI solutions, operating with deep technical mastery, unparalleled problem‑solving prowess, and a relentless focus on delivering tangible value in dynamic, real‑world environments, from initial concept to successful deployment and ongoing optimization.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing cutting‑edge AI solutions to our most strategic clients. This isn’t just about coding; it’s about deeply understanding our customers’ most complex problems, architecting sophisticated solutions, and leading the end‑to‑end technical delivery of innovative, impactful solutions that leverage our Agentforce platform and beyond. You’ll be a hands‑on leader, shaping technical strategy and ensuring successful outcomes.

• Drive tangible outcomes through hands‑on implementation:
  Responsible for end‑to‑end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, personally writing critical code, configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, while guiding and reviewing the work of junior team members to ensure successful deployment and measurable business impact.
• Build transformative AI solutions:
  Take primary ownership of designing, developing, and personally implementing high‑quality, scalable production systems. Architect and deploy complex AI and LLM‑based intelligent agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform.
• Engineer bespoke agentic AI solutions:
  Work directly with customers to design and build custom intelligent agents using the Agentforce platform, ensuring they precisely meet unique business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing customer ecosystems.
• Data configuration & integration:
  Own the entire data lifecycle, from strategic design of data models to building efficient processing pipelines and establishing seamless integration strategies, ensuring data is ready, optimized, and secure for advanced AI applications.
• Proactively remove technical blockers:
  Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges during all phases of solution delivery, from data integration to model deployment and agent orchestration.
• Drive Agentforce innovation:
  Lead development of bespoke intelligent agents, automate intricate business processes, craft intuitive user experiences, and influence future product enhancements.
• Become a trusted strategic partner:
  Embed with client teams, translate operational challenges and strategic goals into actionable technical requirements and solution designs, building strong relationships as their primary technical advisor.
• Conduct deep‑diving technical debugging & root cause analysis:
  Perform detailed analysis, debugging, and root‑cause identification for complex system interactions, data flows, and AI model behaviors to optimize performance and ensure reliability.
• Lead rapid prototyping and iteration:
  Quickly develop proofs‑of‑concept and minimum viable products, coding alongside client teams to demonstrate capabilities and iterate based on feedback.
• Implement and enforce best practices:
  Apply and evangelize engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across all deployed solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in a hands‑on, end‑to‑end delivery role for high‑quality, scalable production solutions in a professional environment.
• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Expert‑level proficiency in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex).
