GSS Tech Group is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in Node.js, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Blockchain technologies to join its growing team in Dubai, UAE. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Type Script.
• Build high-availability backend services for enterprise fintech applications.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into backend systems and financial workflows.
• Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts for blockchain and digital asset applications.
• Contribute to blockchain architecture, digital asset infrastructure, and protocol development.
• Develop and optimize distributed microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Work with Kafka, message queues, and asynchronous processing systems.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Collaborate within Agile development teams across cross-functional projects.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Node.js and JavaScript development in production environments.
• Minimum 1 year of Type Script experience.
• Proven experience integrating AI and Machine Learning into production applications.
• Hands-on blockchain development experience, including smart contracts, digital assets, and cryptocurrency protocols.
• Banking, fintech, or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
