We are seeking a Java Backend Developer to join a technology team in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on developing and maintaining robust backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot
, while building secure and scalable REST APIs and integrating backend services with databases and external systems.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs.
- Develop authentication and authorization solutions using Spring Security.
- Implement database operations using Spring JPA and Spring Data JPA.
- Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries, procedures, functions, and packages.
- Integrate backend services with databases and external systems.
- Perform API testing and troubleshooting using Postman.
- Use IntelliJ IDEA for backend application development.
- Manage source code using Git and Git Hub.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development activities.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Assist with production issue resolution and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, architects, and business teams.
- Strong experience in Java backend development.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Java 17 and Spring Boot
