. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

To ensure the safety and well-being of guests in all aquatic areas of the waterpark by proactively monitoring activities, enforcing safety guidelines, assisting guests as needed, and responding effectively to emergencies. The Lifeguard plays a key role in delivering a safe and enjoyable experience while upholding the highest standards of vigilance and guest service.

• Monitor all water areas to ensure guest safety and prevent accidents.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, administering First Aid, CPR, or oxygen when required.
• Enforce waterpark safety rules and operational procedures with consistency and professionalism.
• Assist guests courteously with information and ensure proper use of aquatic facilities.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness of assigned zones.
• Participate in daily training and readiness drills to maintain fitness and emergency response skills.
• Report incidents accurately and follow all operational reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe and positive guest experience.
• Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

Education/

Experience:

Qualifications:
High School Certificate or Diploma

Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role within water parks or aquatic environments

Skills:

• Certified in Lifeguard Training
• BLS and O2 Administration Certification
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and responsive under pressure
