• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and client relations.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and inventory to ensure profitability.
• Lead marketing efforts (social media, events, partnerships) to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai’s health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive, professional atmosphere for clients and staff.
• Conduct Pilates sessions (if certified) and mentor instructors to maintain high-quality standards.

• 3+ years of experience in fitness studio/gym management, preferably in Pilates.
