Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Personal Trainers Female, where you will empower and motivate women to achieve their fitness goals. As part of our team in MyPT, you'll work in a hybrid environment for Home PT services. You will deliver personalized training sessions, supporting a diverse clientele with your passion for fitness and helping them transform their lifestyle.

• Conduct individual and group personal training sessions for female clients.
• Assess clients' fitness levels and create tailored workout plans.
• Monitor progress and adapt programs to meet client goals.
• Provide expert advice on exercise, nutrition, and healthy habits.
• Ensure a motivating, welcoming, and safe environment for all clients.
• Maintain client records and progress documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development from MyPT Academy.

• Genuine passion for fitness and empowering women.
• Relevant Personal Training qualification.
• REPs-ready qualification or already registered with REPs.
• UAE Driving License

• 2+ years of experience in personal training or related field.
• Certification in ACE, ACSM, CSCS, Physiotherapy, or Sports Science.

• Competitive 5-day work week schedule.
• 5K basic salary plus performance-based Personal Training commission.
• The potential to earn between 12k to 20k for above-average performance.
