We are seeking dynamic and customer‑focused Casual Staff/Usherers to support our fitness club operations in Dubai during a high‑demand period from 19 March – 21 March (three weeks). This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for fitness, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive mindset. As a Casual Staff/Usher, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professionally managed environment for members and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include daily facility upkeep, assisting members with check‑ins, providing information about services and programs, and ensuring a positive first and last impression through excellent communication. This is a temporary but impactful opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the fitness and wellness industry while contributing to a vibrant community health center.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks including laundry, dusting, and sanitizing fitness equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Greet members and visitors in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival and assist with check‑in procedures.
• Provide clear and accurate information about fitness programs, class schedules, facility rules, and club amenities.
• Respond to member inquiries via face‑to‑face interaction and phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Monitor facility conditions throughout the day and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with organizing and setting up equipment for group fitness sessions and special events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times to support member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, or facility operations (fitness, recreation, or wellness environments preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of fitness activities, gym etiquette, and wellness culture.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, confident, and customer‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality throughout the assignment.
• Willingness to work 8‑hour shifts daily, including weekends, as required.
• Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing light manual labor (e.g., lifting, cleaning, moving equipment).

• This is a temporary, casual position with a fixed duration of 19 March – 21 March (three weeks).
• Candidates must be available to work the full schedule and commit to the entire duration.
• Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in fitness or wellness centers.
• All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
