Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Flight Attendant to join Delta Dubais premium cabin crew team. As a representative of one of the worlds most respected airlines, you will ensure passenger safety, deliver exceptional in-flight service, and provide a memorable travel experience to every guest. • Ensure passenger safety and comfort in accordance with airline and aviation regulations.

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers.

• Provide top-tier in-flight service, including serving meals, beverages, and attending to passenger needs.

• Respond efficiently and calmly to in-flight emergencies or medical situations.

• Assist passengers with special requirements, including children, elderly travelers, and those with disabilities.

• Maintain cabin cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.

• Communicate effectively with the flight deck and ground crew to ensure smooth operations.

• Represent the airline with professionalism and uphold Delta Dubais standards of service excellence.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, or Hindi) are an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.

• Height and reach requirements as per aviation safety standards.

• Prior experience as a flight attendant, hospitality staff, or customer service professional preferred but not mandatory.

• Fresh candidates with strong communication and service-oriented skills are encouraged to apply.

• Flexible roster based on flight schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight flights.

• Average duty hours range between 70–90 flight hours per month.
