• Operate and navigate heavy-duty vehicles safely and efficiently through Dubai's road network
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
• Load and unload cargo according to specified procedures and safety guidelines

• Adhere to all local and international traffic laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members

• Assist in basic vehicle maintenance tasks when necessary

• Valid heavy-duty vehicle driver's license
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operating heavy-duty vehicles
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations, especially in Dubai
• Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and route planning tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks associated with driving heavy-duty vehicles, including loading and unloading when required
• Familiarity with Dubai's road network and traffic patterns
• Strong time management skills and ability to work flexible hours
• Attention to detail in maintaining vehicle logs and documentation
• Basic mechanical knowledge for performing routine vehicle inspections and minor maintenance
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
