Could you be the full-time onsite Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates we’re looking for?

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and warehouse coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials, tools, and spare parts for the APM Operations & Maintenance Project in Dubai, contributing to the success of critical infrastructure and transportation maintenance projects.

Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (supply chain, maintenance teams, and customs agents), optimize transportation routes and modes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines, and much more.

• Planning and managing inbound and outbound shipments of spares and equipment.
• Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery and clearance.
• Tracking shipments and resolving delays or documentation issues.
• Optimizing transportation routes and modes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
• Overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records using ERP systems.
• Conducting regular cycle counts/stock audits and reconciling discrepancies.
• Ensuring proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials to prevent damage and ensure traceability.
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to forecast material requirements and ensure availability.
• Supporting emergency maintenance logistics, such as urgent part deliveries.

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of logistics coordination and warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and material handling.
• Knowledge of Dubai customs procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to optimize transportation routes and warehouse processes.
• Understanding of compliance and safety procedures in logistics and warehouse operations.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements.
• UAE driving license.
