We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment operations, coordinate with freight forwarders and transporters, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while complying with export and import regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate domestic and international shipments (air, sea, land)
- Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
- Track shipments and provide status updates to clients and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and company procedures
- Coordinate with warehouse for packing, labeling, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics reports
