Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, verify, and submit accurate customs documentation in compliance with UAE customs regulations and international trade standards.
* Use JDL and other customs platforms to manage documentation and ensure adherence to UAE, GCC, and international trade laws.
* Handle import/export clearance for air, sea, and land shipments, coordinating with customs authorities, free zones (e.g., JAFZA), and mainland UAE.
* Calculate and process customs duties/taxes accurately, ensuring timely payments and maintaining reconciled financial records.
* Act as the main client contact for customs procedures, duty obligations, and shipment updates, liaising with officials, freight forwarders, and vendors.
* Monitor shipments from port to warehouse, manage GCC cross-border logistics, and coordinate truck allocation and tracking.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in logistics, customs clearance, and trade compliance in the UAE.
* Strong knowledge of UAE customs regulations, GCC trade laws, and HS code classification.
* Proficiency in JDL and other customs/billing systems.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.## Benefits
