We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Logistics & Order Fulfillment Executive to manage end-to-end order fulfillment and basic warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. This role requires a hands‑on individual who is physically capable, tech‑savvy, and able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Dispatch- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards.
- Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and packaging for all shipments.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Update inventory records and report low‑stock items in a timely manner.
- Assist in stock counting, reconciliation, and systematic organization of inventory.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for daily pickups and deliveries.
- Track dispatched orders and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Follow up on delayed, lost, or returned shipments and resolve issues efficiently.
- Deliver and pick up goods, equipment, or packages from clients, suppliers, or courier partners when required.
- Ensure safe handling, loading, and unloading of items during delivery and pickup activities.
- Manage incoming shipments and verify received items against delivery notes.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and operational at all times.
- Maintain proper storage practices to avoid damage or misplacement of goods.
- Liaise with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Coordinate efforts to meet delivery timelines and job completion requirements.
- Use computer systems to update orders, inventory records, and shipment details.
- Maintain basic logistics reports and records as required.
- Educational background (degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment is a plus.
- Familiarity with courier coordination and inventory handling.
- Onsite role based in Al Quoz, Dubai
. - Requires physical work alongside administrative and coordination tasks.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (order systems, spreadsheets, emails).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Physically fit and capable of handling packing, lifting, and warehouse tasks.
- Tech‑savvy and quick to learn internal systems and processes.
