Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for sea cargo and logistics services
- Generate new business and revenue growth
- Promote company services to importers, exporters, and logistics clients
- Manage sales for container handling (loading/unloading)
- Handle shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, manifest, etc.)
- Coordinate customs clearance for shipments
- Negotiate freight rates and close profitable deals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Minimum 2 years experience in Shipping & Logistics sales (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of:
- Sea cargo operations
- Container loading & unloading processes
- Shipping line coordination
- Freight brokerage & rate negotiation
- Shipping documentation and customs clearance
Proven ability to bring new clients and achieve sales targets
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
