-Driver Job Description Daily Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Maintenance:
  Ensure the vehicle is always clean and well-maintained.
• Trip Sheet Collection:
  Collect the next day's delivery sheet from the Delivery Office.
• Customer Confirmation:
  Before loading, call customers to confirm Power Supply, Space, and Building premises for delivery.
• Loading:
  Load the items at D-1
• Item Scanning:
  Scan all items during loading.
• Timely Departure:
  Leave the warehouse before 8:30 AM on delivery days.
• Pre-Departure Check:
  Ensure all items are loaded and obtain a signature from the supervisor before leaving the warehouse.
• POD App Management:
  Start the POD app at the beginning of the delivery day and obtain customer signatures upon delivery completion.
• Customer Notification:
  Call customers one hour before delivery to provide a time frame.
• Unloading:
  Help with the carpenter during unloading at the customer's location.
• Report:
  Inform delivery supervisors of any issues during delivery.
• Delivery Sequence:
  Follow the designated delivery sequence.
• Timely Delivery:
  Reach customers on time and complete all deliveries.
• Trip Sheet Submission:
  Hand over the trip sheet to the delivery supervisor at the end of the day. At the end of the day, hand over the trip sheet to the delivery supervisor.
• Hygiene maintains:
  Maintain personal cleanliness and grooming standards
