Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and customer focus Driver to join our team in Novotel Dubai Al Barsha. As a Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport guests, outside
Catering and staffsto and from various destinations in Dubai and surrounding areas - Maintain a thorough knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide information about local attractions and hotel services
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any vehicle issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance driving skills and customer service abilities
- Valid driving license with at least 3 years of experience preferably license number 6
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- At least 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai's road network and traffic patterns
- Strong command of English and Arabic for effective communication with guests and colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational college diploma preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical fitness to assist with luggage handling and passenger needs
- Basic mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures (preferred)
