The Operations Manager for Cargo 12F25 is a key leadership position tasked with overseeing the efficient operations of cargo handling and logistics. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in cargo operations or a related industry.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a diverse operations team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of cargo handling regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to analyze data to make informed operational decisions effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with influence capability.
