Candidates must be currently in the UAE
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate product registration & approvals with Dubai Municipality
- Handle shipping documents and liaise with freight forwarders & clearance teams
- Verify supplier invoices and logistics charges
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes
- Experience in import/export or food trading industry preferred
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality procedures is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
