To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Supervisor to drive both innovation and execution in our busy transportation network.

• Support the overall, daily management of operational duties, deputizing for the Operations Manager as needed.
• Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station.
• Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates to ensure every shipment meets and exceeds operational KPIs.
• Monitor coordinator and associate performance, coach them when needed, partner with supporting departments to improve logistics processes and operations, and communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations and raise the bar on delivery quality.
• Interview candidates for associate roles.
• Brief and monitor the workload of all drivers and associates, ensuring accurate completion of administrative tasks and measuring overall workflows and daily metrics to assist the Operations Manager with tracking, trending and reporting site performance.
• Help train and mentor new associates, ensuring they receive the knowledge needed to perform their tasks; follow up on and resolve process‑related issues; perform physical activities such as pushing carts up to 100 pounds and lifting packages up to 15 kg.
• Work flexible shifts and perform overtime when required.
• Resource the function personally in collaboration with the Operations Manager, including call‑outs for training needs, absence and performance management, coaching, and continuous monitoring of department productivity.
