Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may elevate to senior team members.

• Team members based within the same country with extensive knowledge and experience of UAE Fed Ex Customs Clearance operations would be considered before an equally matched candidate from another country.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong preference for this position, mainly due to daily interactions with Arabic-speaking clients/authorities.
• Preference will be given to UAE Nationals.
