Logistics Executive

Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our growing operations team in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth transportation processes to support our logistics and freight forwarding activities.

• Coordinate local and international shipments efficiently
• Prepare and manage shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Liaise with clients, transporters, shipping lines, and customs authorities
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs and shipping regulations
• Monitor freight costs and assist in negotiating rates with carriers
• Handle import and export documentation processes
• Maintain accurate records of logistics operations
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues promptly

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and customs documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
