Job Purpose
To collect and deliver customer vehicles in line with the committed date and time, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Plan driving routes in advance to ensure timely and efficient trips.
- Collect vehicles from customer locations as per the agreed schedule.
- Conduct proper vehicle inspections upon collection and delivery.
- Clearly document customer concerns.
- Handover vehicles to the workshop with complete documentation and recorded customer concerns.
- Remove and check customer belongings before each transaction.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable before delivery.
- Coordinate regular vehicle servicing and report any issues identified.
- Ensure all reported customer concerns are rectified before delivering the vehicle back to the customer.
- Basic education
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Good knowledge of local routes
- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- English
