The Site Coordinator is responsible to monitor and manage the drivers as per the designated contracts’ schedule and ensure quality service is being maintained at all times with a minimum cost, enforcing quality standards such as grooming, uniforms, vehicle conditions, and addressing tardiness.
Key responsibilities:Core Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between customers and the Company and deal with customers and staff professionally all times.
- Address customer complaints & inquiries appropriately through research and to forward to management for further action.
- Complete and implement service-related reports such as Staff action, appreciation, and vehicle status Reports.
- Monitor the driver’s grooming, punctuality, and attendance a daily.
- Monitor drivers’ overtime, staff flow movement, and fuel consumption and report to management.
- Consult with Supervisors/Operations Manager to identify problems, develop improvements, create and maintain quality standards in line with Company values.
- Monitor vehicles’ conditions and provide a status report to management.
- Ensure that the work schedule is being followed and implementing the necessary procedures to ensure maximum utilization of resources.
- Provide driver and vehicle details to Operations & Fleet Administrator for updating systems.
- To work as a role model for adherence of the QHSE policy & guidelines.
Managerial Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and manage the performance of the drivers to ensure that the work is accomplished in a systematic manner consistently with contractual requirements at minimal cost.
- Prepare incidence reports regarding traffic violations and accidents at the site.
- Conduct TBT to drivers on operations related topics, such as behavior, few English words, grooming, cleanliness, etc.
- Schedule the annual leaves of the drivers and ensuring the smooth functioning of the site operations at all the times.
Organizational Responsibilities
- Enforce quality standards such as grooming, uniforms, vehicle conditions and addressing tardiness.
- Maintain as low as possible incidents, speeding, customer complaints and violations.
- Comply with the RTA/ transport dept., MOHRE and health and safety standards of the company.
High School/ Diploma OR Certification in Transportation (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferable)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Transportation or related industry.
