Programme DetailsThis structured programme that will last 18 or 24 months is your gateway to professional growth and development. It will equip you with unique hands‑on experiences, access to leading training courses, relevant qualifications, and projects that will help you develop the knowledge and skills required to establish a successful career with us.
The programme will give you exposure to working with senior leadership teams in order to learn from industry‑leading individuals and to expand your network within the world of aviation. It offers a combination of international travel, training courses, and on‑the‑job training.
Business Areas- Corporate Services: This part of the business supports the growth of our community of professionals, strengthens our position of influence and expands our business. It includes teams in Human Resources, IT, Finance, Internal Audit, Governance and Compliance, Procurement and Logistics, Legal, and more.
- Commercial: Behind the Fly Better experience is an entire division dedicated to ensuring that Emirates delivers on the promise. It includes teams in Outstation, Sky Cargo, Skywards, Revenue Optimisation, Network Route and Planning, Market Research, Global and UAE Sales and many others.
- Airline & Airport Operations: These roles are some of our most demanding, so expect a challenging yet rewarding time on your rotation in this division. Roles in our Operations division cover various aspects of the aviation and travel industry, from Ground Services, Engineering and Maintenance to Aviation Services, Security, Logistics and Supply Chain.
- dnata: One of the world’s largest air services providers and is known for its quality service and efficiency. It offers ground handling, cargo, travel, safety, and flight catering services to more than 300 airlines in over 84 countries.
- Emiratization: UAE Passport with Nationality
- Age: Up to 27 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education from all majors
- CGPA: 3.0 or higher (or equivalent)
- Experience: Up to 1 year of experience
- English Fluency: IELTS score of 6.0 or TOEFL 550 is required at the time of application
- National Service: Completed or fully exempted
