Overview
Job Purpose
Works in warehousing and transportation of goods. Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

- Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.
- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
- Receive products and coordinate delivery.
- Prepare loads for shipment.
- Ensure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.
- Goods-in of all received goods in the system.
- Counter check invoices submitted by the freight forwarder.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory.
- Locates materials and supplies by picking and verifying materials and vendor orders.
- Maintains in-process inventory at work centres by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
- Perform and report cycle counts.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain / logistics or a relevant field
- 3-5 years' experience in handling logistics related responsibilities
- Experience in logistics and freight forwarding especially in MEA Region.
- Experience in logistics related documentation such as clearance documents and air freight handling and shipment (Import & Export).
- Familiarity with Dubai Trade Portal
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Candidates must be independent and flexible, with solid communication skills, and a strong customer focus with outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Candidates must have knowledge of the local logistics and experience working with freight forwarders and customs.
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
