Sales Support​/Operation

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience in a logistics or delivery company, with relevant driving experience within the UAE preferred.

This role supports both customer sales inquiries and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth handling of Balikbayan box shipments from booking to delivery.

• Handle customer inquiries related to Balikbayan box services (pricing, schedules, delivery timelines)
• Communicate with customers in Tagalog and English
• Support the sales team with quotations, bookings, and follow-ups
• Coordinate pickup, packing, consolidation, and shipment schedules
• Track shipment status and provide updates to customers
• Prepare and verify shipping documents
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, and overseas agents
• Resolve customer and shipment-related issues efficiently

• Experience in Balikbayan box logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage
• Background in sales support, customer service, or logistics operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM or booking systems)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Philippines shipping routes and customs procedures
• Previous experience in logistics, courier, or freight forwarding companies
