Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient supply chain processes and manage transportation/delivery schedules, while meeting customer service expectations.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily logistics operations, including transportation, delivery schedules, and inventory management.
- Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to customers.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align operations with company goals.
- Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations, (including team supervision is a plus).
- Experience in e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
