Mass Allied Freighters is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Officer to join its operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in freight operations, customs procedures, and port coordination within the UAE logistics sector.

Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and freight operations in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs procedures and documentation
- Experience in handling Dubai Municipality approvals
- Hands‑on experience with DP World / Jebel Ali Port operations
- Familiar with import/export documentation and clearance procedures
- Ability to coordinate with clients, transporters, shipping lines, and authorities
- Good communication and organizational skills
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
- Coordinate daily logistics and shipment activities
- Handle customs clearance and related documentation
- Process approvals from Dubai Municipality and other authorities
Coordinate port operations and container movements through DP World - Maintain shipment records and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding shipment status
- Apply strong problem‑solving skills and manage operations efficiently
