Date limite:

• Verification of import shipment documents for correctness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Timely clearance of all inbound shipments from overseas for TELBU, TEMUAE & TEMME.
• Delivery/call-off of locally procured supplies from local vendors.
• Coordinate with clearing agents, freight forwarders, transporters, procurement, production, etc.
• Manage an assigned fleet of vehicles for imports and ensure optimum utilization with reports.
• Apply for and obtain import permits for hazardous additives/non-bendable.
• Apply and obtain duty exemption from MOFI.
• Maintain debit bank account and ensure timely submission of statement to accounts and top-up as required.
• Maintain traceability of data for all import consignments.
• Follow up shipments and documents with the freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Target zero demurrage on dry containers and timely escalation of pending ISO tanks at the port.
• Reasonable understanding of the law and regulations surrounding Customs Clearing requirements.
• Verify the delivery of the imported product, once cleared, from sea to designated warehouses or plant.
• Prepare periodic reports concerning Customs Clearance Section's activities and achievements.
• Perform other duties related to the job.

• Data entry, planning & circulation of import-related reports as required.

• Customs clearance & documentation.
• Good influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good commercial skills, initiative and confidence to interact with superiors.

Moins de 3 ans.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Stage conventionné, durée 6 mois.
